How do I get an Account?
If you don't have an online account, you will have the opportunity to create one during the Checkout process, when you place your next order. Note: even though you may have ordered from us before, you will still need to create an online account before you can checkout.
Do I have to create an Account?
If you haven't already created an online account, you must create a new account during the checkout process. Creating an account means your billing and shipping information will be stored to make it much easier for you to order next time. Plus, you'll be able to check the status of your orders!
What if my company pays for my books?
If your company has arranged to be invoiced for your books, you will have to place your order over the phone. That way, we can verify your company's billing information with you.

Simply choose the option you want from the Account Central menu on the left.
Please note: You must create an online password to access these features. If you have not yet done so, you will have an opportunity to do so when you place your next order.
